Charmaine graduated with a BA in Literature and Psychology from the University of Rochester in New York, and has also studied at l’Universite Paris-Sorbonne.
While in university she co-founded JUNO Healthcare Staffing with her parents. After graduating, she went on to work with JUNO full-time, during which she led the company as SVP, overseeing substantial growth that led to the company being included in Entrepreneur Magazine’s Hot 100 List of fastest-growing new companies in America in 2008. In 2009, JUNO won Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year 2009 for Healthcare Services in Metro New York.
In 2012, Charmaine co-founded what is now known as Dynamis, after having worked in world capital cities such as London, New York, Paris and now Madrid. Her international work experience coupled with her entrepreneurial roots allowed her to help the company grow and expand in developing markets. Charmaine is a hands-on CEO, in charge of developing and maintaining client relationships, as well as instituting and developing the Quality Management Plans, that led to Dynamis earning the ISO9001-2015 and the ASME Nuclear Quality Assurance certifications.
